Pullman Park Walmart Supercenter Development - Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives (CNI) / US Bank (Developer)
MWA served on the planning and implantation team that successfully brought the $1 Billion Walmart expansion to the City of Chicago. Allowing Walmart to plan the building of 21 new stores throughout Chicagoland; potentially create 10,000 jobs including 2,000 construction jobs; commit to donating $20 Million to local charities over the next 5 years and potentially generate over $500 Million in taxes to City of Chicago.
