MY BIG WHY!
I created the integrated Midtown Commercial platform (midtowncre.com) so it can serve as a model for boutique commercial real estate offices. We are making this an endeavor where you can come out of High School or College and learn how to do the business, much as you would with any other company. The ability to invest in properties, or our own funds, have a self directed IRA or a 401K plan. To obtain group health insurance without getting taken over the coals. I have been through all of the above and want to leave the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry a better place.

Past Chair of the NJ ICSC Political Action Committee; supporting the legislators who are pro business, pro retail and retail development. Also a past member of the NJ ICSC Government Relations Board, providing pro-bono lobby efforts on behalf the Shopping Center industry. Named to the NJ Governor's Task Force for Organized Retail Theft.
LOVE TO TEACH
I like to volunteer my time to teach; for me its just fun. Whether its Sports or Real Estate, I enjoy teaching everyone from 8 to 80! The "ah ha" moment in a class when a student gets it gets the entire group going and its more fun for me than the student. I have taught in small formats as well as National Conventions so no venue is too small. Its my way of paying it forward, and having fun while I'm doing it.
