Colt graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas, then went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Management Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame he was a four-year member of their NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse team, awarded Big East Conference All-Academic Team Honors and Dean's List recognition. Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Colt worked as a corporate facility management intern with GM Financial/AmeriCredit in Fort Worth, Texas.
