Coaching contractors through the process of using private money will build a firm foundation. I am bringing private money to the deals when traditional funding is not possible. Banks will not lend on distressed properties. Private money is readily available where traditional funds will not go.
Through one successful transaction at a time, I am becoming a reliable resource for the funding needs of the investor by presenting qualified, vetted borrowers who have solid projects that will generate a good profit.
I am actively building a network of vetted Borrowers and certified Lenders who support each other. Borrowers need Lenders to fund their rehab deals. Lenders need borrowers to utilize their funds and provide a healthy return.
Creating a Circle of Wealth is one of my objectives. Each person enters the Circle at some point. Whether they enter as a new borrower or a seasoned lender, they keep the circle in motion. The Circle of Wealth continues to revolve as long as there is a need to generate wealth.
