Having spent over 20 years in a strategic marketing role targeting the travel and hospitality industry, I leveraged my hotel industry knowledge in the commercial real estate space as a Hotel Brokerage specialist for one of the premier, nationally-recognized investment firms. Subsequent to the economic collapse of 2008-'09, I transitioned into a role as Director of Business Development for a multi-asset Hotel Owner-Operator and Third-Party Management Company, where I continued to leverage my analytical skills towards beneficial business opportunities.

As a culmination of my career experience, I launched XBD Hospitality in 2019. As an "Alternative Business Development Alliance" of premier Third-Party Hotel Management Companies, this consortium leverages the unique value concept of "Hands-On" Hotel Management: Third-Party Operators with smaller management portfolios addressing the individual challenges facing hotel owners in a much more collaborative, customized manner in order to drive incremental revenue, outperform the market and maximize investment returns for each individual hotel asset.

As a result of my continued efforts to serve hotel owners, I have recently undertaken a Joint Venture with Sands Investment Group, helping to launch a Hospitality specialty for the nation's fastest growing Investment Real Estate Brokerage. This has enabled me to offer hotel valuation consulting as well as listing/investment marketing services to my selection of service offerings.

My unique expertise in Business Development Consulting and Financial Analysis for hotel asset owners, investors and operators can assist in identifying the most efficient management solutions, partnerships and transaction alternatives for virtually any privately owned hotel investment.
