With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I am a member of Colliers International Chicago’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division. The team oversees 45 million square feet in 300+ retail, industrial and office properties throughout the Chicago area. I am directly responsible for the overall operation, financial reporting, construction, and administration of 24 industrial and office properties owned by Pembroke Capital, Invesco, Hackman and IPT.
I currently manage 2001 York Road, a 184,017-square-foot Class A office building. I also oversee 22 industrial buildings.
While with Colliers, I managed the iconic Wrigley Building in downtown Chicago for four years.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2005, I spent seven years with Grubb & Ellis, and I also worked for US Equities.
