Joe Hollendonner

Joe Hollendonner has been actively involved with investment real estate for over 25 years and has tremendous experience in the areas of rehabbing, leasing and property management. Shortly after the recent housing bubble, he pioneered a cutting-edge program designed to assist homeowners associations improve cash flow through the rehabbing, leasing and management of vacant foreclosure homes throughout the Chicagoland area.Joe is an active real estate investor himself and personally manages a portfolio of rental homes and commercial properties in the western suburbs of Chicago. He is a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial - The Real Estate Group and a REALTOR® with the state of Illinois as well as a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS®. In addition, Joe is also a licensed Illinois business broker capable of assisting business owners market and sell businesses even when no real estate is involved.

Joe is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales and Marketing. Joe has nearly 30 years of successful outside sales experience with various Blue Chip companies and focuses on a consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
