Nancy Catron is a diversified commercial real estate, restaurant, retail and shopping center professional with over 20 years experience in all phases of retail/commercial real estate including corporate real estate transactions, selling, leasing, land assemblage, investments,condemnations, property management and subleasing. Expertly knowledgeable of deal structures, transactional real estate, tenant mix, building practices, site selection, master plan implications, business expansion, zoning codes, and industry standards.
Nancy currently is Senior Associate at Trout Daniel Associates LLC based in Timonium, Maryland where she is focused on representing retailers for free standing building uses as well as developers representation for retail and mixed use projects. Prior to this, she was VP of Real Estate and Public Affairs for Clear Channel Outdoor focused on providing tactical strategies to protect and grow the real estate asset base. Previously Nancy served the corporate real estate needs of McDonald's in several capacities. In addition, her real estate broker/executive business focused on the corporate real estate plans for Rite-Aid, Aaron Rents, Pearle Vision and Avis/Budget Rent A Car as well as landlord representation.
She has successfully worked with national, regional and local retailers as well as governmental and multi shopping center owner developers and owners.
