Andreas’s extensive experience in real estate technology, strategic partnerships, and business development, has honed his business acumen. He has vast and varied experience and is committed to working for the good of the whole. Andreas seeks to understand the needs of all, creating synergistic work environments bringing true value to increase revenue and growth. 

Andreas Senie has over 15 years experience in all aspects of the professional real estate industry. He is the Founder & former Managing Partner of EAC Properties; a full service middle market real estate brokerage serving Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Andreas is vested in four privately held real estate companies/technologies.

Andreas is the host of the Roundtable: Your all-in-one comprehensive view of what's happening across the real estate industry -- Technology, Marketing, Capital, Construction & Cyber Security in Real Estate straight from some of the industry's earliest technology adopters and foremost experts and the Founder of the CRE Collaborative’s Platform. 

As a Third Generation Real Estate Broker and Developer, he was inspired by his grandmother, Susan Senie, who was the first female Commercial Broker in Westport, Connecticut. Andreas and the entire Senie family continue to be involved in real estate development having built and marketed multiple projects of varying sizes in the Northeast ranging from condo complexes to multi-million dollar mixed-used villages.



Andreas holds a Masters Certification in Real Estate Development from Cornell Universit and an Executive Certification in Financial Technology from Wharton School of Business. Andreas also studied Business Management at Fairfield University, & Property Management at Drexel University. He continues studies in real estate technology and practices
